The Params is a family run Residential Care Home for People with Learning Disabilities. The owners and staff of The Params are committed to providing the highest levels of quality care in a warm, homely environment that respects the individual's independence, individuality, dignity and personal choice.

Staff are on duty 24 hours a day and each member of our dedicated, caring team benefit from their own ongoing training programme.

All staff are carefully selected and are committed to meeting the needs of our residents in a friendly and caring manner.

Our team is responsible for agreeing and implementing care plans, tailored to individual needs and designed to ensure the best quality of life for each and every resident at The Params.

The Params is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The last inspection report by the CSCI gave a good two-2 star service rating. The Params received an excellent rating for individual needs and choices, lifestyle and staffing.

These set out clear guidelines of what is required and expected from service providers (ourselves). We recognise that these standards are for the benefit of our residents welfare and therefore we work hard towards achieving these standards.
